Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Intensive for Trauma

Are you ready to take a proactive step toward healing from trauma?

The intensive CPT program offers a structured and effective approach to addressing the cognitive distortions and negative beliefs that often accompany traumatic experiences. This six-week intensive, consisting of two 90-minute sessions per week, is designed to help you overcome the emotional and psychological impact of trauma.

Program Structure

We’ll begin with practical grounding techniques, so you have a toolkit to help you stay calm and present, even on difficult days. From there, in 12 sessions, you’ll learn skills to gently challenge your trauma-related thoughts, and by the end, you’ll know how to apply these tools independently—like learning to be your own supportive therapist

Following these initial sessions, we will delve into 12 sessions of CPT, where you will learn to:

  • Identify traumatic beliefs

  • Challenge negative thoughts

  • Develop healthy coping mechanisms

  • Become your own therapist

Pricing and Payment Options

The cost of the CPT intensive is $1,500 for the six-week program. If you prefer to spread out the payments, I offer two installment options:

  • Two Installments: $750 per installment

  • Full Payment: $1,250 (Save $250)

Note: If you are a teenager seeking trauma therapy, I offer alternative approaches such as TF-CBT, somatic therapy, or narrative therapy. These programs are separate from the CPT intensive.
